Policies
These documents govern every order placed with ASCND Research. They apply to the site, to the catalog, and to each purchase, whether or not an account is created. Each carries its own effective date and is versioned rather than patched, so a past order still resolves to the text that was in force when it was accepted.
Products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical, or reference use only. Purchasers must be 21 or older and qualified, by education, training, or professional experience, to handle laboratory research materials safely.

Research-Use Waiver & Indemnity Agreement
Effective July 23, 2026
The waiver is not an advisory notice. It becomes effective when the acknowledgment box is checked or an order is submitted, whichever occurs first, and it carries the buyer certification, the product acknowledgment, the release of claims, and the indemnity. Each acceptance is recorded electronically with the order, including checkbox state, timestamp, order ID, and policy version. Read it before checking out.
