Research-Use Waiver & Indemnity Agreement

Effective date: July 23, 2026

This Research-Use Waiver & Indemnity Agreement (“Waiver”) is a binding condition of every purchase from ascndpeptides.com, operated by ASCND Trading LLC (“ASCND Research”). It becomes effective when you check the acknowledgment box or submit an order, whichever occurs first.

1. Buyer certification

You certify that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are qualified — by education, training, or professional experience — to handle laboratory research materials safely.

2. Product acknowledgment

You acknowledge that every product you purchase:

• is supplied solely for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical, or reference use;
• is not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human use;
• will not be consumed by, administered to, or applied to any human or animal, and will not be used in any medical, veterinary, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, food, or household application;
• will not be resold, repackaged, or transferred for any prohibited purpose.

3. Assumption of risk

Research compounds may present hazards, including hazards that are unknown or not fully characterized. You assume all risk associated with the receipt, storage, handling, use, and disposal of products, and you will employ appropriate laboratory safety practices, containment, and protective equipment at all times.

4. Legal compliance

You accept sole responsibility for complying with every federal, state, local, and institutional law, regulation, and policy that applies to your purchase, possession, and use of the products.

5. Release of claims

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and forever discharge ASCND Trading LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, and judgments arising out of or connected to your purchase, possession, handling, or use of the products — including claims for personal injury or property damage, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ASCND Trading LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your purchase, possession, handling, use, or distribution of the products, or from any breach of this Waiver.

7. Successors bound

This Waiver binds and benefits the parties together with their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.

8. Right of refusal

We may cancel any order or permanently refuse service where we have reason to believe this Waiver has been or will be violated.

9. Voluntary acceptance

You confirm that you have read this Waiver, understand its terms, and accept it knowingly and voluntarily. Each acceptance is recorded electronically with your order, including checkbox state, timestamp, order ID, and policy version.
