Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of ascndpeptides.com (the “Site”), operated by ASCND Trading LLC (“ASCND Research,” “we,” “us”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you accept these Terms and every policy they incorporate (Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Payment & Billing Policy, and the Research-Use Waiver). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Research use only

Every product we sell is supplied exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical work. Products are not for human consumption, not for administration to humans or animals, and not for medical, veterinary, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, supplement, or household use of any kind. No statement on the Site is medical advice, and nothing we sell is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human use.

2. Buyer eligibility

To purchase you must:

• be at least 21 years of age;
• be qualified, by training or profession, to handle research materials safely;
• purchase for lawful research conducted in an appropriate laboratory setting; and
• affirm the Research-Use Waiver at checkout.

Guest checkout is permitted. The age and research-use certifications apply to every purchaser and every order, whether or not the purchaser creates an account.

3. Prohibited customers, uses, and destinations

We do not knowingly sell to individual consumers buying for personal use, wellness or med-spa businesses, hormone/TRT clinics, compounding pharmacies, gyms or trainers, or resellers supplying any of the above. We refuse orders and communications that reference dosing, self-administration, therapeutic outcomes, or any human or animal application, and we may decline shipment to destinations associated with prohibited uses.

4. No dosing or administration guidance

Our team will not answer questions about dosing, routes of administration, protocols, cycles, or effects in humans or animals — for any product, in any channel. Such inquiries are documented and may result in order cancellation or account termination.

5. Product information and COAs

Product pages describe compounds by reference to the published research literature for context only. Certificates of analysis document identity, purity, and potency testing for a specific lot; they are quality records, not approvals, safety guarantees, or authorizations for any use beyond lawful research.

6. Handling and storage

Upon delivery, you assume full responsibility for the receipt, storage, handling, chain of custody, and lawful disposal of products, consistent with the storage guidance on the product label and COA.

7. Orders and right of refusal

Every order is an offer to purchase that we may accept or decline. We may cancel or limit any order — before or after payment — for compliance concerns, suspected fraud, inventory errors, or any indication of prohibited use. Where we cancel a paid order, we refund per the Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Pricing and errors

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If a listing contains a pricing or technical error, we may cancel affected orders and offer the corrected price or a full refund.

9. Payment

Only payment methods displayed at checkout are available. We accept credit and debit cards through an approved payment provider. We activate a payment method only after the provider approves the actual business and product category. Full terms are in the Payment & Billing Policy.

10. Shipping restrictions

We ship within the United States only. We may require an adult (21+) signature and identity verification on first orders and on orders flagged by value, destination, or compliance review. We may decline delivery to addresses associated with prohibited customers or uses. Full terms are in the Shipping Policy.

11. Returns and cancellations

Remedies are limited to our errors and transit damage, as set out in the Returns & Refunds Policy. Unauthorized returns are refused.

12. Reviews and user content

We may reject, edit, or remove any review or submission that suggests human or animal use, describes dosing or effects, makes health claims, or includes before/after framing. Submitting such content may result in account suspension.

13. No unauthorized promotion

We do not operate affiliate or influencer programs except under express written agreement. Any third party promoting our products with health, dosing, or human-use claims does so without authorization, and we disclaim their statements.

14. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, design, branding, and imagery — are owned by or licensed to ASCND Trading LLC. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Site you consent to the processing described there, including compliance record-keeping and fraud prevention.

16. Third-party services

We rely on hosting, payment, analytics, and carrier services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their outages, errors, or acts beyond our reasonable control.

17. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in the certificate of analysis for the specific lot supplied, products and the Site are provided “as is,” and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — to the maximum extent permitted by law.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

19. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ASCND Trading LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your purchase, possession, handling, use, or distribution of products, your breach of these Terms, or any prohibited use.

20. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or permanently close accounts — without prior notice — for prohibited-use language, fraud, abusive conduct, payment disputes filed in bad faith, or any violation of these Terms, and may refuse all future service.

21. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law. Subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law, disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance.

23. Severability; no waiver; entire agreement

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, with the policies they incorporate, are the entire agreement between you and ASCND Trading LLC regarding the Site.
